UGH - Stressful Month
Mom and I have not been working out at all. She has annual audit this month (tomorrow) and I am in the busiest time of my year as far as reporting goes, so it's been work/home/work/home for several weeks. I've noticed that my stress level has shot through the roof since I haven't been to the gym. I am very irritable and depressed. Once these weeks of hell are over, we'll be getting back to the routine. I know I should fit it in but I just can't - by the time my day is over, all I can manage to do is fit in four hours of sleep before it starts all over again. Anyway, that's where we're at.

The days have been beautiful. Perhaps while you are at work you can take a 10 minute break and go for a walk to clear your head. This suggestion is more for a stress reliever than anything else. The walk will energize and help relieve some stress. It can clear your mind and make you more productive too! What do you think???
